1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how payments for paid plans on Linkly ("we", "our", or "us"), available at linkly.li and any associated subdomains (the "Service"), are handled. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Linkly is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product offering short links, link-in-bio pages, QR codes, custom domains, and analytics. Access to paid features is granted immediately and in full once payment is received.
2. All Sales Are Final
Because the Service is a digital product and paid features are delivered and made available instantly upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits for any paid plan, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Not using, or not fully using, the paid features during your plan period.
- Deciding to stop using the Service before your plan period ends.
- Lack of familiarity with the features, when those features are available to evaluate for free beforehand (see Section 3).
Please review the Service carefully on the free plan and make sure it meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan.
3. Try Before You Buy
We offer a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before paying anything. The free plan lets you create and test core functionality and understand how Linkly works.
We strongly encourage you to use the free plan first and confirm that the Service fits your requirements. Upgrading to a paid plan is entirely optional and should be done only after you are satisfied with what the free plan demonstrates. Because this no-cost evaluation is available to everyone before purchase, paid plans are sold on an all-sales-final basis.
4. How Billing Works
Paid plans are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and are paid for upfront as a one-time charge for the chosen period:
- When you purchase a paid plan, you get access to that plan's premium features for the full period you paid for.
- Your access continues uninterrupted until the end of that period.
- When the period ends, the plan simply expires and your account returns to the free plan. Your existing links, bio pages, and QR codes remain active and continue to work.
- There is no automatic renewal and no recurring auto-charge — you will not be billed again unless you choose to purchase another plan period yourself.
- Because there is no auto-renewal, there is nothing to "cancel" — simply letting a plan expire ends it with no further charges.
This means you are always in full control of your spending: you only ever pay when you actively choose to buy a plan period.
5. Limited Exceptions
The "all sales final" rule applies in nearly all cases. As a gesture of good faith, we may — entirely at our discretion — review a payment only in these narrow situations:
- Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical or processing error.
- Unauthorised charge — A payment was made through your account without your authorisation and is reported to us promptly.
These are the only circumstances we will consider, and any resolution is at our sole discretion. They do not create a general right to a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — duplicate or unauthorised charges (Section 5) can usually be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, pricing, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes took effect. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
